• Responsible Use: You agree not to misuse the App or engage in unauthorized activities.

• You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose or in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the App.

• We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in academic data retrieved from LPU UMS.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

• You acknowledge that the App may contain bugs, errors, or other limitations.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Termination may occur without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation with LPU
• Any behavior that could harm other users or the integrity of the App

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

By using this App, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
